Harvard Law School professor Charles Nesson has formed the Global Poker Strategic Thinking Society with some HLS students to promote poker as 'fun' and as a game of skill rather than luck. Eliot Spitzer announced his controversial plan to to offer New York driver's licenses to undocumented immigrants, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff contacted him, telling him his plan would undermine the new federal initiative for a nationally recognized license. The announcement of the three-tiered Real ID plan - a compromise of sorts - came yesterday.
