Philanthropist Loida Lewis, mother of Harvard alum Leslie Lewis Sword and widow of Harvard alum Reginald Lewis, has sold her prewar Manhattan duplex for $12 million less than the asking price. The co-op, originally listed at $45 million, was sold to a wealthy couple for $33 million.
