William Zucker, 88

Professions: Professor emeritus of creative management at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania; founder and director of the Wharton Real Estate Center; president of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Economic Development Corp.; vice president of the Downtown Lower Manhattan Association; secretary of the Commerce and Industry Association of New York.

Degrees: Earned an A.B from Johns Hopkins in 1938; received his A.M. and his Ph.D. from Harvard in 1940 and 1951, respectively.

Death: May 13, 2006, in Philadelphia, Penn., of renal failure.
