Walter Hagen, 83

Profession: a Bombardier Navigator in the Army Air Corps during World War II, taken prisoner of war and freed by General Patton; architect for Austin Company and National YMCA.

Degrees: Attended Citadel Military College; received a B.S. from Harvard College in 1949.

Passions: Enjoyed nature and gardening, his children, and serenading his wife.
