William H. White was a community leader in both education and business. With degrees from Princeton and Harvard Business School, he was the president of the board of education at Ohio’s Maumee Valley Country Day School and at New Jersey’s Ramapo High School. He also found time for the boxboard industry and real estate. The Toledo Blade reports his passing in Scarborough, Maine, on May 9, 2006.
