Nathan VanMeter Hendricks

Professions: Employed by The Exxon Corporation for 30 years, retiring as director of environmental sciences; held many board positions and professional positions including being a past president of the American Petroleum Institute and a past member of the Board of Directors of the American Board of Industrial Hygiene, of which he was a Diplomat; served as an adjunct associate professor at New York University and a guest lecturer at Harvard University.

Passions: Travel, community service, fishing, hunting; was very active in church work and was a former member of Canoe Brook Country Club in Summit, NJ and Idle Hour County Club, Macon, GA.

Degrees: Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences class of 1941; graduate degree from Vanderbilt University.

Death: October 13, 2006.
