It’s free comic book day in Los Angeles! And to celebrate, Dani Dixon, the creator of “13,” a new comic book series about a society where, at the age of 13, every child gets a superpower for one year, will be signing free copies of Issue No. 1, and unveiling Issue No. 2. The cast, along with all the artists who worked on the book, will be available for autographs, questions and pictures. “13”—“a year without rules and a year that will determine the rest of their lives”—is now on comic books shelves in 18 states from Alaska to Florida to Texas, and New York.
