10013New York: Preformance Artists Mimi Oka and Doug Fitch present "Orphic Memory Sausages"
Mimi Oka and William Kristol have always combined food and art. In 2006, in Portugal, they asked audience members to bring them objects that evoke memories, which Oka and Fitch then smashed into a paste and stuffed into pig intestines to make “Orphic Memory Sausages.” They are now replicating the experience for New Yorkers.
