For the past year and a half, Los Angeles-based screenwriter PETER RADER has been working on a book about the century-old relationship between Harvard and Hollywood (When Harvard Met Hollywood,). “I realized this was a phenomenon when I arrived in L.A. in the mid-’80s,” says Rader. “Today it’s an embarrassment of riches.” Rader’s fi lm credits include Escape to Witch Mountain (1995), The Last Legion, and Waterworld; he is also writing a biography of Mike Wallace.
